"Senate Minority Leader Bill Cadman, R-Colorado Springs, briefly addressed the chamber after the oaths were administered. He said he hopes there is a more bipartisan spirit next session, when Democrats will still be in charge but only by an 18-17 majority.
"I hope we all take a lesson from what happened this year," Cadman said."
